My name is Troy Emehiser, I am the founder of S48 Group and co-founder of our newest team, TPC Home Group and a multi-million dollar producer. I am a proud NW valley resident since 1983 with over 26yrs in Surprise, Arizona alone. I have over 20yrs of experience negotiating contracts and building relationships. I enjoy helping those that want to be helped. This could be buying, selling, renting, or just answering simple questions.

I hold a Bachelors of Business Management degree from the University of Phoenix and I am a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Arizona Association of REALTORS® (AAR), and West and Southeast REALTORS® of the Valley (WeSERV). I hold the designations of (e-PRO®) the certification for advanced online technologies and strategies as well as Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). I am currently a volunteer with the City of Surprise Fire - Medical Dept and have been a monthly donator to St. Jude Children's Hospital since 2018. I am married to my amazing wife Theresa and among other things, we enjoy spending time with other crazy people doing Crossfit every week.
